I feel like Together is the most uneven album, at least personally. On the one hand I'd say it's my least favorite album from The New Pornographers, but on the other hand "Sweet Jenny Dollar" and "Sweet Talk, Sweet Talk" are two of my favorite songs (the latter, especially).

As much as I love The New Pornographers, I think I'd tend to agree. I think Electric Version's a solid song, but when compared to the rest of their discography it's not quite as good.

I've gotten to the point where I have more money (and thus games) than time, especially with how cheap games can get when they go on sale. I don't play too many multiplayer games, and the idea of a time sink like an MMO doesn't appeal to me, especially when I have so many games I'd like to play.

I tried it for a while, and to be fair it's probably the furthest I got in an MMO. The only issue is that I'm not very into MMOs, and got bored pretty quickly.

Taking a writing class every Monday for five more weeks! It's a class for writing about music. I was a little bit nervous about the class (considering my music taste being kind of iffy) but the first week was fun so I'm excited. :)

I do that all too often with games… "Oh, I can't figure something out, maybe I'll just take a break" but then the short break becomes several months.

I'm not a pot smoker and I still found Antichamber to be very unnerving and unsettling. Something about that game really freaked me out, and while I appreciate it as a game I was never able to finish it because of that.

Couldn't the size be related to a child's perception? Even if all the proportions aren't correct, space feels a a LOT bigger as a young child/toddler. My childhood bedroom seems fairly small as an adult, but when I was a kid I thought it was huge.

I'm not in my full on romance with Cullen yet, but I am so tempted to just push through a bunch of story moments so I can get to that point. But flirting with him is pretty adorable because he just gets flustered and confused.

Oh, I'm really curious about Gat Out of Hell. I'm a big fan of SR3 and SR4, but I'm dragging my feet on getting Gat Out of Hell mostly because I have so much more of Dragon Age: Inquisition to play. But man SR4 is such a fun game to fuck around in that I'll have to get it sooner or later.

Yeah, you have to recreate them. I imported a Hawke into the game, but then when I got into the game I didn't want to have to recreate how she looked, so generic Hawke it is!

"This is how straight girls must feel about Alistair."

I think all of your complaints are really valid. I prefer the combat in Inquisition to DA2, but I still feel like I was a lot more strategic in DA:O. I tended to play DA:O on easy, but I've been playing DA:I on the normal difficulty and have been considering going to "hard." I wonder if this is the influence of the

I've never quite gotten the utter loathing some people have for her. She's hardly worse than a lot of celebrities about the high-end stuff and saying things that are confusing, and by all accounts she is a fine person to work with.

I don't even follow Arashi much (I have enjoyed a few of their songs but JE isn't really for me) but I love me some Vs. Arashi. I always look forward to it when someone I like is on that show.

As a fan of Japanese girl groups, I am astounded with how little there is to Western boy bands right now. I watched 1D on SNL, just to see what it was like, and it was just so boring. I mean, if you're going to have manufactured pop, why not have FUN manufactured pop with intricate choreography?

A human mage; I kind of want to play as a Qunari sometime (maybe do another playthrough with that?) but I like playing as a mage from DA2 onwards because of how heavy the mage vs templar focus is. I mean, on the one hand it does give a huge incentive to side with the mages so the big choices are rarely ever super

Finally playing Dragon Age: Inquisition. I had never finished Dragon Age 2, so I powered through that recently to play Inquisition. I'm not terribly far; I've had some big story things, but I'm only… 10-15 hours into it, maybe? So not super far. I like it a lot, so far. While I'm not sure if I like it better than

It is a fantastic album; while I enjoy Arctic Monkeys, I've really wanted Alex Mercer to do more Last Shadow Puppets (and go on tour).

And the way that so many nerds really fetishize it bothers me, too. She's wearing it against her will! It's kind of gross.
