Oh man, in the early 2000s I used to love G4. It's kind of weird to think that really the peak of my G4 viewing was 2004-2006, so 10 years ago. I think a big part of it was the whole "I'm 13-15, so I can't play these games myself, so I'm going to live vicariously through all this."
