Without taking into account the puppies, since I don't know how they break down, the main male characters would be Roger, Pongo, the old sheepdog, the barn cat, and Horace and Jasper. Female characters would be Anita, Perdita, and of course Cruella. Without counting, I would assume it skews a little towards the male

Definitely a better movie. Spaceballs has some funny gags, but it's not really as solid start to finish.
