I actually enjoyed Only God Forgives. It was really pretty and I could get past the fucked-up pacing and enjoy the few good scenes. If you were looking for more action, go watch The Raid 2. It's a doozy.

I've read Gravity's Rainbow. Most difficult book I've ever read, and I've read Ulysses and Infinite Jest. I tried to get through Inherent Vice, but couldn't get past the overbearing 70s vernacular.
