Actually Ghostbusters is a pretty good example. When my kids were younger I could not let them watch the theatrical version of Ghostbusters solely because of the Ghost Fellatio scene on Dan Akroyd. Or I'd at least have to herd them out of the room for a popcorn refill at the exact strategic time.

What is the problem here? Simply give consumers a choice. Music artists do it with songs. Broadcast television has always done this with movies that have adult content without even asking.
