Why only a B+? This was one of the most visually compelling, mind-altering hours of TV I have ever seen.
They need a Superman action figure!
Did he actually pronounce it "Shalaman"?
LOL. No. It was pretty cool though. It was stuffed with random clippings and things about Area 51, Marilyn Monroe's autopsy, and various other conspiracy theories.
It makes sense there hasn't been another movie yet. In "National Treasure: Book of Secrets," the president tells Nic Cage to look at page 47 of said book because it will blow his mind—an obvious way to set up another sequel. We're never told what's on page 47 though.
She is only preaching to the choir though. She came off as so preachy that there's no way she reached anybody on the other side of the debate. And I don't care what the issue is or if I agree with it 100%, I watch Amy for comedy, and I have gotten zero laughs this season.
I don't know where the phrase came from, but sometimes secondhand embarrassment is referred to as "douche chills." I guess in a sense I literally get chills when I see someone flopping like Amy has done the past two weeks.
Wow, talk about grade inflation. B+? I loved the first three seasons of IAS, but the first two episodes so far elicited LITERALLY zero laughs from me.
You're wrong. Wrong, wrong, wrong.
Stray observations:
I was hoping this would be included as a stray observation, but maybe I, as a gay man, was more attuned to it: the line when Mr. Burns asked Smithers if he was playing with his "Grindr game" again.
PornHub is probably one of the top two or three most popular porn sites on the planet and is reportedly worth $1.2 billion. They don't need to soak their fans (haw haw) for more!
