Stan, Kyle and Cartman all pretty successfully represented the varying opinions of what the writers were trying to say. Not sure why you're stuck on just one character being the voice.

The ending montage of all the South Park residents hanging out in Whole Foods creeped me to the core.. even more so than the scene of Garrison fucking Trump to death, which was hilarious. I wait with baited breath for the next episode.

No it's been quoted by both Matt and Trey in their interviews and DVD commentary that Trey is mainly represented by Stan, with elements of Cartman here and there. Kyle is the primary mouthpiece for Matt.
