I think this episode was all over the place. So many things going on. I feel the same way about the Castillos. I mean what are their motives at this point? What were their motives before!? Like that whole storyline is so confusing and overdone to me that I find it hard to care. Also, Gabriel’s motives. We don’t know

I was somehow expecting something more dynamic in scenes between two Oscar-winning actors, but I guess the material is too mediocre to be elevated. Two Academy awards between them, and this is the script Peter Nowalk hands them to perform. I’m longing for Damages again.

A scalp in a box really doesn’t have the same impact as a head in a box. For a moment I just thought it was a wig.

I didn’t care for the conversation between Bonnie and Laurel. Idk, I’m just not buying it. As a new mommy I guess I can understand how Laurel’s feeling, but it just seems like this is being used to bring extra drama to the show, and I don’t think it’s all that interesting. Bonnie did what she did and Christopher wil

We saw Bonnie’s sister this episode, they are not that that similar.

jfc and she/their abusive relationship was the punchline to so many jokes. imagine going through all that trauma and people on tv constantly making jokes about it. ffs.

Oliver has some fucking nerve acting high and mighty with Michaela and they all have some fucking nerve acting Hugh and mighty with Annalise. She shouldn’t have let any of these assholes in her clinic.

I’ve yet to see the episode but I’m really curious if there have been any talks about Asher in the writer’s room given that his presence on the show becomes increasingly jarring since the rise of MeToo and the Kavanaugh accusations. The show generally tries to be very progressive and socially aware but having a

To me Aja Naomi King was the MVP this season (behind Davis obviously). She’s been fantastic and has never gotten the focus she deserves. Maybe now that she’s crossed a line, HTGAWM will give her more of a storyline.

Having Westophe back was painful because it reminded me of just how integral he was to the show’s dynamic while making me wish one of his other whiny male counterparts got the ax instead.

BRING ON THE BADASS BLACK WOMEN MOVIES

I thought the episode was fine. I agree that some scenes were incredible, while others were more unnerving than anything. However, one particular scene confounded me, that is, Asher and Oliver in the hospital.

Black women don’t just shake the table, we throw the table out the window. I didn’t participate in the New York Women’s March because it is a march for White women. I will wait for our marches. However, it is important for famous Black women like Viola Davis to go to these things and tell White women truths they don’t

You realize how incredibly insensitive that sounds? That’s the reason this crisis is bad, not that thousands of people have been enslaved or drowned in the Mediterranean?

“Rivals coming together to fight against a common enemy is a tried and true story twist, but it requires a compelling rivalry, and this just isn’t.”

#11 “this list is not productive nor a good conversation starter” guy

Then you should also have remembered things I left out of this story from other women who have similar stories. But thank you for reading and sharing your opinion. You have such a strong explanation of what happened to me. But what about the other woman who it happened to as well? Was she making it all up too?
