Would you want Laurel representing you?

I don't particularly care to go to the movie theater these days. The only one I do go to is one that has reserved seating and offers wine & beer, at least then I know I can have a couple drinks while I'm watching a picture that is too dim and wearing earplugs because some idiot thinks louder = better. The movie

I want them to bring Jeri Ryan into team Arrow! She can be their lawyer or anything for that matter, I just want more Jeri Ryan on my tv screen!

+1 for Planetary mention, a personal favorite; twenty seven issues of awesomeness. John Cassaday's art man, wow.

Great cover!
A former roommate, knowing that I'm a Tori Amos fan, used this cover to introduce me to the band Jawbox. While I never gained much of an appreciation for the band, I do really like their version of Cornflake Girl.

Give him a job working with the Koenig brothers/LMDs; he can help with the lanyards.

"To the plane! Am I allowed to say that?"

When I saw the images for the first time, the name that came to mind was Don Bluth.

Kanye West - I have friends who think he's the greatest thing since sliced bread but to me, the emperor is naked.

Ann Dowd is the actor who I know isn't Margo Martindale but always makes me think of Margo Martindale for some reason.

Pawfluffer Night (Zola Jesus Remix) is going to give me nightmares.

Because I think Anansi Boys is the greatest audiobook ever, I can't imagine anyone but Lenny Henry as Mr. Nancy.

Inherent Vice was like that for me. I haven't read Bleeding Edge, yet. Like Fitzcarraldo, it's been sitting on my shelf for some time just taunting me. It's sitting next to Remains of the Day, which I managed to get 300 pages into before another book distracted me (that happens to me a lot). I loved The Chums of

I loved The Fountain, such a visual treat.

Or they could just be pieces of art that really moved people.

That was the first Venetian Snares track I heard. So awesome, as is the rest of the album that the track is from, Rossz Csillag Alatt Született. The album references a lot of Hungarian composers.

That film also introduced me to Geoffrey Rush who became one of my favorite actors. I esp. like his performance as the Marquis de Sade in the film Quills.

Probably sacrilege, but I prefer Alan Cumming's MC to Joel Grey's.

edit: deleted my previous (and rather dickish) comment.

That concert performance was the first time I had ever heard Les Mis and I loved everything about it.
