I mainly wished that, when Rex explained he trained Saw on Onderon in the Clone Wars, he mentioned that he did it with Ahsoka. They all knew her too. It seemed unnatural not to mention her involvement. Plotwise, it would also have given the Ghost crew more reasons why they should like Saw going in.
