Does no one else realize that Shooter is just a rip off of the Keenan Ivory Wayans classic "Most Wanted?"

This movie wasn't nearly as fun as you make it sound here. In fact, it wasn't much fun at all. The Brazil homage was amusing, but that was about it. Why didn't they let CTates have fun?
