You know, I'd say it's a fair tradeoff.

If I find that Mel Brooks has died, I'm totally blaming you.
I remember Jim Breuer on Howard Stern saying the same thing. His Farley story from that episode is really sad and chilling.
Seriously. She's probably my all-time favorite female cast member (and second favorite behind Phil Hartman). She was so damn talented. It's a damn shame she never got enough credit for her awesomeness until after her death.
I think it's, what I consider the Time and Place Effect with that music. It's basically like when you don't really like something but yet, you kind of love it because it brings you back to that time when you were younger and it just gives you that old feeling again.
I remember in 2nd grade being blown away that our school actually created a computer lab. And I had that one cool early 90s teacher whom was all about incorporating technology and computers into each lesson (I feel like every school in the early 90s had one of those teachers)
I want to say it's happened once before but I'm not 100% confident.
Yeah and it seems to be the best episode nominated. I can't believe that PPG Reboot got a nomination and not Wander Over Yonder. I'm hoping to hell that Steven Universe finally gets a win (I don't think they won before…did they win for Lion 3: Straight to Video?)
I actually liked the first couple of seasons of Modern Family, but it then sort of veered off into absolute crap after that. Hell, even though Phil was the best character, I can't even take him anymore.
That SIMMA DOWN NAH! lady was so annoying. Though her Barbara Walters was pretty damn good. I think a lot of that kind of annoying character stuff is also why I couldn't stand Kristen Wiig on SNL. Her characters were all within that annoying vein.
No worries about the mistaking me for a guy. It happens. It's not the first time I've been mistaken for a guy online and it certainly won't be the last. Plus my username IS kind of false advertising since I'm neither a "Thnikka" nor a "man"
Late 80s SNL was so great. It was a small cast but they they made the most with it.
I am super thrilled about Louie Anderson and Sterling K. Brown getting nominated. Though going deeper into the nominees, I do have some gripes.
Key actually has a nomination for voice over performance as well, which is kind of cool even if I'm absolutely convinced that the voters only seemed to watch three shows to determine nominees.
I always enjoyed when he hosted. He was great and super game for anything. Also, regarding Old French Whore, it was one of the few times I actually laughed at Chris Kattan too. His delivery of "Uhh…I think my whore is dead" made me laugh.
I checked her out on the new Match Game and she was pretty damn funny. I wish she had a bigger career. I never got why she never got as much attention as Oteri and Shannon did. I guess maybe it was an age thing? Or a looks thing?
I think our little area of being born (1983-1987) seems to be the lost years since we're not quite X but we're not really much of millenials either. And I think my taste in well…everything, kind of reflects that lostness. I like some stuff considered "millenial" and some stuff that's considered "Gen X" The late…
Hate to break it to you, but I'm actually a woman even if my name may suggest that I'm a dude (I'm a Homestar Runner fan, thus the name). Though I am straight, so you're correct in that regard.
That kind of bugs me too. Granted, it's an alternate timeline, but it really comes off as kind of…well I can't really think of the word. I want to say homphobic but I don't know if that's the right term.
Definitely one of my favorite Christmas sketches ever. Her Martha Stewart was fantastic.
