Right back at you too. We might not have watched tv intensively for 20 years but I think this comment section still has a very good grasp for compelling writing.

Funny how they want to be like GoT so badly and recreated the violence, cynicism and shock moments but didn’t copy its’ writing too where even side characters are complex yet on the 100 the male protagonist fails to be anything else than the shooting emo idiot dependent on the female leads approval and support.

And this is where the writers fail because they’ve seemed to be fooled by their own Bellamy storylines in season 2 believing Bellamy to be a nuanced layered character when all he did was die hard action. Bellamy in his core is emotional, protective and literally dumb.

I think the writers want the best of both worlds by playing both sides. Add a little desperation over Lexa here and there then have some angsty moments between Clarke and Bellamy. So no shipping fandom gets mad and can claim their ‚Clarke is crazy after Lexa died‘ interpretation or ‚Clarke is not judging morally after

Well I knew from the beginning that Luna wouldn’t take LexAI (how else could Clarke reunite with Lexa?) and become Skaikru’s savior. Clarke did a real dick move with the chip forcing. I know you’re desperate but that was just really shitty and sloppy planned. Saying the words activating it while Luna is facing you

I called it on my analysis 2 weeks ago. Since Luna said no I'm taking the chip as my reward for being right.

‚At some point, the show will give it to you too’ - Jason Rothenberg on a Bellamy/Clarke romance.

You see the thing is ever since Lexa’s death they’ve written Clarke’s character and her actions in a flip flop way depending on the episode. I don’t see the narrative and direction with her character’s decisions and actions at all.

What an useless episode. I can't believe the reviewer is even thinking of it as the season's best. Arkadia didn't offer any plot or character development and Polis was just straight out rushed and totally dumb.

Bellamy's reaction towards Clarke still don't make sense for me in terms of storytelling. It seems like a try to set up a romance and redemption. He was so angry at Clarke and denounced her leadership as the worst thing and he is done with her leading. He even said 'You're not in charge anymore' with a final sternness

I don't get why my observations would factually change after you read a jab about teen girls in the last sentence. Or was this your try of calling me out for some SJW theme?

Yeah and Clarke is quite a reserved person. I doubt she would willingly talk about the more intimate details of her relationship with Lexa. All of the 100 guys kinda hate Lexa because of MW. She may have touched on their political alliance but that's it.

- I'm still bothered by how they handled Bellamy in 3x11 and his process of redemption. I didn't get his behavior towards Clarke and her taking over again. I was honestly confused and couldn't quite get at where the writers want to get with him. Now I rethought about it and I was seeing two pivotal scenes here.

Clarke probably just thought that it was a lot sexier and hella pleasing the last time she shared a bandage changing moment with someone.

Totally in character for Clarke since girl is the most understanding of the 100 kids and self loathing. She probably blames Lexa's death more on herself and is drowning in sadness about it. Blaming Bellamy is the last thing she would do.

I don't know. The dramatic 'It's Lexa' shouting had me thinking this was thrown in to appease shippers. Why would Clarke scream it out like this if she wanted Jasper to stop? Shouldn't some logical explanation be better than a 'don't crush my girlfriend' which is a chip and kinda makes her look crazy?

Bellamy got in swallower mode real quick. Doing everything Clarke was saying like a loyal servant without any showings of resentment. Not even a tiny bit like Octavia's eye roll.

These days everyone is pretending to do method acting in order to show their 'commitment' to their craft which is just PR and a cry for attention. Method acting is not about how crazy and extreme you can go but how deep you can become your character. Marlon Brando would be disgusted with all the weak shit masking as

I'm very interested in the Joan/Jin relationship. Though shouldn't Watson have been able to find her father now with her deduction skills alone?

She definitely made a sacrifice for the greater good dying exposing the immaturity and childishness of the 100 writers. Now everyone is back to claim the 100 for what it truly is. A teen drama full of man pain and female eye candy masking as Game of Thrones.
