B+ seems like a pretty high grade after having read that review (a review I fully agree with, by the way).

Kiefer Sutherland doing his usual whisper acting routine. Him going from a meek hippie to Jack Bauer in the span of an episode didn't make much sense.

I agree. Publicly accusing someone of being a rapist after having said under oath that that same person "never made sexual advances at me" does indeed make her a jerk.
