Yeah, both good choices. I wish I had more time to get to them all! Lots of good stuff coming out this fall, too.

Far Cry 4 is the one before Primal, and in my opinion, better. Both should be cheap at this point. I didn't care for Primal as much.

Yeah, I agree. I don't mind shelling out 60 bucks for something these guys worked 4-5 years on. I don't feel misled, I feel just as excited playing it as I did when they announced it. Not for everyone I guess, but I am having a blast.

Lots of good options: Far Cry 4, GTA V, Forza 6, Forza Horizons 2 (3 is about to come out). If you wait a bit longer, Battlefield 1 looks like it'll be a good time.
