Because its called the Healthy BMI range because it has by far the healthiest outcomes compared to basically every women glorified by the authors that at best have an overweight BMI.
Yeah yeah yeah I know BMI is wrong because what ever reason you have against it despite the mountains of research that says otherwise.

Part of it but see my next post for another quote.

Sure somehow someway this is not dehumanizing to healthy weight women.

Because apparently thin women are not deserving of that.

AN kills no where close to what depression kills. The high end estimate for Anorexia deaths is about 400-500 again that is the high end estimate. There is good research out there that questions if its even close to that high.
What the writers are doing here is trying to confuse people with the rate. These are made

The high end estimate for all Americans (male or female and any age) that die from AN each year is about 400 to 500.

AN is not close to the leading cause of death of 15-24 year old women. Traffic accidents are. Traffic accidents that kill just women between 15-24 are 4 to 5 times higher then the high end estimate of all deaths from all ages and sexes from AN. I know where you got that line about the death rate but you probably
