Hey, calm down. I like the movie, but Rabin's totally entitled to not like it; I'd just like a little more extrapolation of why elements didn't work for him, instead of just extrapolation of how badly they failed to.

So, uh, I actually *really like* this movie, and I would have appreciated a little more detail as to what, precisely, turned the author against some aspects. Like, at no point does he ever say what he disliked about the character of Chappie- he just repeats that the character is insufferable, worded slightly

Here in Houston, it's showing at 10pm at the Alamo Drafthouses on a weekend. Drafthouse is a pretty popular theater, so *maybe*, but it's pretty hard to look this movie up without finding out how NSFW it is, so I dunno.
