No the perception isn't  that Kanye says stupid shit, the  perception is that Kanye is stupid as shit .

Perhaps in the future you might want to actually watch the
episode before you write the review. You make a number of factual errors in the
plot description which make one wonder if you witnessed this episode or were
given a CliffsNotes description of it (and not a very good one at that). But,
hey, keep up the good work.
