No, look again. I'm no expert on Civil War military dress, but even if you can't tell that the design of the uniforms are clearly different, there is no mistaking the Confederate hat he's wearing in the photo.

I don't think a lot of people noticed that. I'm still trying to decide whether it means something, or Louis just enjoys fucking with us. I doubt that it was a continuity error, it just seems too deliberate.
