I finished my play through of Dragon Age: Inquisition's expansions and really enjoyed them all. I loved the set up for the next game at the end and loved Cassandra reading excerpts from Varric's book and reacting to do it during the closing credits.

Little Susie's all grown up.

Buh-lush!

I'm excited to hear the republicans explain why they won't give the guy who prosecuted the Oklahoma City bombing and the Atlanta Olympics bombing a hearing.

Dammit, he's THIS close to retirement!

I've experienced this as well at different stages in my marriage/relationship and while rationally I can recognize it's not me, like you say, it's very difficult to not take it personally or feel like something is wrong with me.

You're welcome. One thing to keep in mind is the defensiveness is probably coming from a mix of embarrassment over her behavior and anger at being reminded of it. Again, that's not to say you should keep your mouth shut but the defensiveness may have more to do with a sense of shame or worry.

I learned about Smith College when a friend of mine in high school I asked out a few times and always got friendly, but obvious rejections ended up going there. I'm not saying her being a lesbian is why she rejected me, but it help me understand several years later when there was a joke on The Simpsons about Smith.

Birth control really affected Mara. Since having our kids, she's never gone back to hormonal birth control, using an IUD instead.

Yeah, that really disregarded the part where she mentioned one encounter turned into an assault because a safe word was ignored.

Take this for what it's worth as I haven't been on your side of this, but your SO's side. I only drank to get drunk. When I was still drinking I didn't ever really admit that to myself - I was unwinding, socializing, relaxing after a long week, day, morning, etc. - but I only either drank too much or I didn't drink.

And I had a huge crush on O'Conner.

The dad is Cartman's mom.

Eighties comics in general tended to be a little over-written. I think they were operating under a more is Moore idea.

Since acquiring the character, I keep wondering if Marvel has any plans to do anything new with the him or if they just wanted access to the old stories.

Under foxy boxing rules!

I just can't see anyone else in the role of Xena. She's one of those characters inextricably linked to the actress. I get they're going for the name recognition and that they want a younger actress, but this is going to have a hard time.

Gabrielle plan!

Moore has said too that he never intended for the story to be canonical. I think editorial decided after the fact that they liked the shift in the status quo with Barbara. It also came out at a time when they were trying to strip down Batman by removing or distancing sidekicks and the like.

Babs has long been one of my favorite characters in comics so I've always had a really hard part with that aspect of the story. While I prefer her as Oracle, the creation of that aspect of her character was largely making lemonade.
