Mine was pretty brutal, although only four had rated me. The two that liked me said I was super easy and the two that hated me seemed to be describing someone else.

It took me a while to train myself to serve a smaller initial portion and then to also wait for a while to see if I actually was still hungry before getting up for seconds.

My son has inherited a bit of that from me, I think. He also has some attention issues so we try to keep him active and he takes melatonin as well for sleep.
