They usually want about the equivalent of two years full time teaching experience, though, which basically forces people into the whole adjunct poverty trap.

I was doing a bit of that as well. She thought it was really funny when I found a picture of Luke Cage in his Power Man get up to show her. She also thought it was hilarious that in the comics Kilgrave is known as "Purple Man."

I picked up a PS4 this weekend finally. I got the Uncharted edition and also bought Battlefront and WWE 2K16. I haven't fired up Battlefront yet because I want to wait until finals are done with and my grades are all submitted before getting too sucked into the game.

My department is hiring one or two new full time instructors and I'm going to be on the hiring committee. It'll be really interesting to be on the other side of the process after going through all of the application and interview stuff about two years ago.
