I'd argue the point, but it's time for my 22-hour nap.

In other words, koalas are just like any other member of the AVClub.

Yes. Yes we are.

Do go on….

So, after reading about how Aziz is upset that whites are playing Indians, now I have to read that McConaughey is playing a koala? Where's the outrage over obvious fur-face?

So, "Trump: The Game"?

Tonight's GOP debate is in town, which means Trump, Carson, Jeb!, etc. are all only 3 miles from my house right now.

My intent was to omit the game picks and regular recaps. I just want to see John Teti cover the weird and offbeat aspects of the 6-month baseball season with the same viewpoint he brings to B&T.

So how about writing a weekly in-season baseball column? You could call it Bunt & Triple.

Mine is from one of my own photos, and the image felt like a proper fit for the username. Ever seen a happy looking koala?

Seeing your avatar always makes me smile, so "Good job, Jose!"

Oh, yeah. Definitely funny. It's just that I've been in Alex's spot where an expert tried to teach me to play a FPS and it completely crushed my spirit.

Maybe Alex should change his player name to "Roadkill."

Throwing Alex into multiplayer too soon is a bit unfair (if still humorous). Consider if you were a pro bike racer and your friend, who has never ridden a bike, says he wants to give racing a try. You're throwing him in mid-race when he's still wobbling along trying to figure out bike handling, shifting, and braking.

My favorite honest name was an atrocious user named "Victim."

I received a "whinging" notification for this?

Seriously, Alasdair, thanks for doing your part in making "whinging" a part of US-English.

Those appeared about the same time interest in Thomas was fading in our household, so they didn't make much of an impact. I will say that the CGI versions that I've got glimpses of on occasion have left horrifying images in my brain.

20 years ago, when the little whinger was a wee lad, I had a discussion with another new parent over who was the better narrator for Thomas the Tank Engine: Ringo Starr or George Carlin? Obviously, it was Ringo, as the English accent fit better with the environment than the American one, but the other parent argued

The "No Droids Allowed" policy would limit the customer base to iPhone users only.

"This movie is just another case of class warfare perpetuated by Hollywood liberals. The successful warlord is portrayed as the bad guy, when he's generously providing water for the takers, all while having to contend with social justice road warriors like Max infringing on his property rights."

Good guess. Initial suspension was for 10 games, later reduced to 7 upon appeal. A pitcher, Jason Grimsley, did manage to steal the bat by crawling through the suspended ceiling and dropping into the umpire's room at the stadium. He might have gotten away with it, except for the physical evidence left from crawling
