He just wants an excuse to hear Jennifer Lawrence say his name over and over and over again.

Cue "Layla" piano coda…

That movie was so stupid. Why would America even want futuristic sky weapons devoted to assassination?

Middle-aged Lily is hawt.

The same thing on AV Club and Dissolve. LAME!

Oh, Lovitz. We don't want to compare you to Phil Hartman.
We really don't. Not again.

I just think that if me and my girl could get out on that open road and hear that engine roar, maybe we could bust out of all the broken dreams holdin' us back in this dusty old town.

My favorite music cue on 30 Rock is the pitch-perfectly Springsteenish piano tinkle you hear every time Dennis appears.

This sounds like she got Michel Gondry to direct a video and things just got out of hand.

I'm 9 episodes in and am liking it a lot.
I have two thoughts here:
1. This is a very sloppy review. The reviewer clearly binge-watched 12 episodes on a deadline, and wrote the lede in episode 2.
2. I'm surprised that the overall critical response has been so lukewarm, but this is a show that would probably do better

OHMSS is one of the best James Bond movies.
It just had one of the worst Bonds, which admittedly is a challenge.

He's laaaaarrrrrrrge…
Laaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrge…

I'm sorry, but the only reason for this reboot to exist is to give us opportunities to look at many pictures of Beverly D'Angelo at the peak of her hotness. Get on the case, AV Club.
Actually, never mind. If anyone needs me, I'm in Google Image Search.

Sorry. Netflix CANADA.
Community and Orange Is The New Black are actually the only things on Netflix Canada,

Thanks for the reminder!
I'm going to watch the Paintball episode on Netflix tonight, and then never think about this movie again.

The opening sequence, showing the start of the plague at the germ-warfare base as "Don't Fear the Reaper" plays in the background, is and always was one of the best sequences in horror.
The rest of it really is kind of lame. Just watch the first 5 or 10 minutes.

I really wanted this movie to be better.
The casting actually works better than the movie itself. You have all these accomplished actors playing the New York cops, and Stallone on the outside looking in, just like his character.
