She's coming back season 3. Already confirmed by Ildy Modrovich, showrunner. It will be how Lucifer and she met. One of the 4 stand alones that was supposed to happen this season but got pushed back to next season.

I don't want them together yet either, but I think they can go about keeping them apart in less painful ways. Even let them hook up and then revert to friendship in an on again-off again thing, that's fine. Honestly the thing that's most upsetting to me about this episode is Lucifer lying. Not Candy, not his

Hey for anyone interested, we have an actual Lucifer message board created for IMDB refugees where there's lots of topics and discussions, spoilers etc. If you're interested, check it out. http://tvonfire.freeforums….

Candy was great. The writers asked viewers via Twitter if they could forgive Candy now, but I don't think they realize that they're the ones who need to ask for forgiveness. I'm talking to a lot of viewers who aren't too happy with being yanked around. And the Lucifer lying thing is just too much, after vowing to

Yeah, that's what I meant. Too confusing with all these breaks. lol.

If they were never married, as most people and every review I've read seem to think, then yes he lied when he introduced them to, "Candy Morningstar, my wife". And again when he told Chloe he'd never lie to her.

Joking. Their divorce wouldn't be expensive and he gave her the ring for that as a joke, a ring which she obviously plans to put to other use.

So true. And on Fox, no less, even though the entertainment division is entirely separate from the news division. (They both exist to make money, period.) It surprises me, though, that Fox News lovers aren't more outraged by the fact that their beloved rightwing propoganda promoting news network is simultaneously

Neil loves the show. He tweets about it. Unlike the Sandman adaptation which he does not support.

Not true. Fox bought the show not the rights, Warner/DC own those. And Fox and the writers have always said it's NOT an adaptaion, but "loosely based on the comic".

He started solving crimes mainly because he really wanted to "solve" Chloe. As he continued, he realized he liked doing it because he's used to punishing bad guys and now that he's on earth, he gets to catch them. But his real motivation is really Chloe. He cares(ed) about bedding women because he's retired and

Actually, as a huge comic fan, I think most of the differences are reasonable and I can handle them. The comic shifts directions too, recently Lucifer, who's sterile, learns he has a son, so I don't find the premise of the show to be so off. My only big problem was when they decided to make Amenadiel the eldest and an

All in all a very good episode. My biggest disappointment is Lucifer's direct betrayal of Chloe, going back on his vow "I have never lied to you and will never lie to you". Turns out he DID lie, which is a massive fundamental shift in his persona, whether his motives were well intentioned or not. How can Chloe ever

Candy's coming back in season 3…already confirmed by Ildy Modrovich.

Great review. So glad you get this show.

I should have been more specific. I was referring to your view that the last two episodes were better than this one. Fan reaction is just the opposite. You can see it on discussion boards, they've lit up today in excitement over this episode, declaring it the best this season, compared to having been more reserved in

How is Lucifer's response on the friendship line useless when it demonstrates exactly how clueless he is about what he did to piss Chloe off? That's what makes it funny, not just Chloe beating someone with a yoga mat.

How is Ella going to fix whatever you think is wrong with the show? That makes zero sense.

Interesting that your take on this episode, as compared to the last two, is amost the complete opposite of most fan reaction.
