Zombieland 2: The Bill Murray of The Ooze.
uh… Spoiler Alert?
Well, Sir, by my own arbitrary bullshit figuring, that sequel would be at least four times as well-loved as it would be otherwise!
Zombieland was at least twice as well-loved as it would have been otherwise due to the surprise cameo by Bill Murray, which you really can't do again. (Same for ripping-off the twist from the last episode of MASH.) I wince at the thought of how they'd inevitably try to one-up his presence in the first film…
Well, where are we on the Donald Glover returning news? … last I heard Dan Harmon was claiming he'd move heaven & earth to make it happen… And I wonder how they're going to write Shirley out, since apparently she won't be around for even a bit, like Glover was to smooth the transition.
Hmm… So, everyone praising it on here from the UK, then?
Okay, Thanks. Damn, though… Why would they purchase the rights with no intention of showing it? Certainly remaking it and rebroadcasting it are two separate rights issues?
Where can I watch it? (Lest this inquiry seem obnoxious - after an admitedly quick search - it doesn't appear to be on Netlfix, Hulu, BBC America On Demand, or Region 1 DVD… now I'm not so surprised that this show slipped by me.)
I think that having one director at the helm for the whole season was one of the many things that made True Detective what it was, so simply based on this fact alone - given that it's a director of Fincher's caliber - I'm intrigued. But, I've never heard of (this) Utopia before.
Remember when Steven Soderbergh touted the idea of showing the final two episodes of Breaking Bad in theaters for a week, building anticipation thoughout the run of final episodes? I feel like someone is going to eventually try some version of this. I'm not saying they'll be successful or will avoid greatly upsetting…
Just one more voice saying: I simply cannot fucking wait for this… I liked Owen Wilson saying/mouthing "What The Fuck?" underneath his credit and look forward to seeing him in something actually good.
Who gives a fuck? The Inherent Vice trailer is online!!!
Sure… but, what about the bloops?
What? Give me one of those! Wait a minute… There's nothing in here about the crossover episode! - Come back here!
Let us never speak of this again.
I'm not that invested in the legacy of the show at this point, but at least this was officially an episode of Family Guy rather than The Simpsons…
It wasn't even really a 'rape joke' it was simply a reference to rape that was apparently supposed to be hilarious.
But still you'll watch this?
