Eh. That wasn't half bad, but the Don Hertzfeldt couch gag was kinda bad weird, wasn't it? I understood what he was going for, but… It reminded me slightly of DumbLand. I don't know, I'm not really familiar with his work.

I just looked and their programming this evening is Hitch followed by two Madea movies…
… who the hell actually watches these TBS shows? The whole channel is like basically (mostly awful) reruns & filler programmed around Conan and, now, American Dad.
Did anyone else watch James Franco's Saturday Night documentary and notice Darrell Hammond was prominently seated at the table read? That was well after his tenure was it not?
Who on earth would want to fuck Al Jean? Can you even imagine all the incessant nasal moaning… *shudders*
I don't know, but it might explain his desire to start one with Jennifer fucking Garner… *shudders*
Yeah, I guess there was a small but vocal negative view of that film that colored my perception of it at the time. I looked it up on Rotten Tomatoes - a site which I've never been on before - and their general-consensus-percentage of that film is the second highest of all Fincher's, second only to The Social Network.
So, is Zodiac widely getting it's due now or is that just this reviewer? I've thought it was fucking terrific since I saw it in the theater and the 2 disc DVD is well worth owning, but I remember reviews being mixed at best when it released and more than a few people claiming it was 'boring'.
C*nt-pickle!!!
Hey, Thanks. Seriously. I appreciate the cromulent attempt at help above as well…
James Franco is Alive and Well and Sleeping Through a Lecture at Columbia.
Was there really hate? I thought it was pretty widely acclaimed by most, and I can only assume you're not referring the above post, which ended with a lil' tounge-sticking-out face…
She also was 'blink-and-you-miss-it' topless in Malick's To The Wonder, which was only a couple years ago. If that counts.
Eh, I like the song Canary in a Coalmine… it plays on the piped-in music at my work.
Man, I missed this show. I thought the new lead-in was great, the interstitials in the car were an improvement over the weakest part of the show before and the guys were in top form as always. (I wonder if the lead-in/car bits will change episode to episode or if this is now the format for this season?) It was good…
Mark Wahlberg's got a lot of mouths to feed…
Pussy on the Chainwax!
Yeah. He was in Days of Future Past - played by Omar Sy, natch - purely to serve the plot & provide exposition as the token-minority / token-time-traveler… Williams wouldn't really be right for the character & it's mostly thankless role anyway.
Yeah, I was thinking he already played a superhero with a little bit of that grit. He was fucking Omar Little.
The fact that she has a half-assed accent in the first film that disappears in subsequent films is one of my favorite absurd details of those movies.
