RE: no dedication, I saw in the credits at least for Ep2, didn't look for the others, that it says "In Memory of Frank Silva" who played BOB, near the very end of the scroll.

Did anyone else notice that "Young Janet" walked by Louie and Amia later on in the second episode? She was wearing a blue dress and talking with her friends? I could've sworn it was the same actress.
