May I recommend trying PickaPeppa sauce. It's a Caribbean sauce with just a little bit of bite and some sweet to it. I use a blend of that and Tapatio hot sauce, and rub it in pretty deep before I put my steaks on the grill. It's not overpowering, but your steak will have both "Pop" and "Zing" to it.
