It's slightly older, and have no idea what platforms it's available on, but I recently had a blast playing Bastion. Good little story driven action game.

Oh god, I keep forgetting I even got Rising Tide. I really need to play that game more…

Just finished Bastion last night for the first time. I would say beat, but apparently I haven't completed the story yet. But I'm going to save that for another time.
