I think I need to take an English class. If for nothing else, I can write anything if given an assignment, but left to my own devices, I just keep churning out the same thing over and over. Maybe not even a class, just someone to say "I need a story involving X, and set it in Y," or "I need a mystery, but not too…

I got a cutting board and new griddle last week. Not even anything fancy, just whatever was cheap at Wal-mart.

This time of year is always damned embarrassing. It's actually a kind of sorta good thing that my family largely doesn't give a crap about me, because it means I don't have to come up with excuses as to why I can't buy anyone presents again.
