Nothing to worry about, since he got paralyzed AFTER Barry's trip to the past.

And a third arm, borrowed from Ollie, because Rule #1 of all DCU alternate-timeline stories is that Oliver Queen gets an arm ripped off.

The thing with that is that Flash invented the whole "boss fight" convention years before it became a thing. That's how Flash has always worked - a villain comes up with some sort of super-science-based trap for Barry, and then he uses his own scientific background to figure things out, hopefully teaching kids

*kneels before Zod*

You say that sarcastically. Me, I'm hoping they manage to work the rest of JL Detroit into this.

And the best part of this show is that it's not the season finale, but just a random episode in March.

"The Cisco murder - For a moment, I thought the blurry hand promised a messier death."

"Maybe Cisco has a brother nicknamed Paco?"

Plus the also-unfair advantage of having one of the deepest villain benches in comics. Arrow's so hard up in that department that they have to start bringing people in from Batman.

Former. But I'd take the latter, too; it'd make a good Flash villain.

Yes, in the sense that a show this briskly paced is a nice change.

I used it because of the Formerly Known As… series. :)

They've got 60 years of stories to draw from, plus whatever they make up on the spot. Quickly paced is good.

I buy an evil time travelling speedster.

Yeah, but the Trickster's trial presumably happened mostly as we saw it back in 1991 or whatever. :)

A friend is 100% convinced that JWS is Jay Garrick.

It's not. The season's 23 episodes, just like most shows.

The weird thing is that I thought they were setting Eddie up as the Black Flash, given the scene where he's completely in shadow.

" Iris is just a brat who gets away with stuff because she's pretty."

Please tell me exactly what in this episode wasn't foreshadowed. Shit, even the fact that Weather Wizard's brother survived the crash hinted that this one might've as well.
