I really like the restraint they're showing in bringing out the main cast. Jonathan Banks has had maybe 6 lines so far, we know hardly anything about Rhea Seahorn, Patrick Fabian has only had 1 scene, and Michael Mando didn't even appear until this episode. It's all Saul and Chuck.

I thought at first this was kind of a lame callback to Breaking Bad, but the more I thought about it I actually love that detail. It changes Tuco snapping and killing that guy from him just being crazy, to the resolution of tension that has been building up between the two of them for a long time.

He's not even working on Battle Creek, he just signed the deal to let them use the show he came up with a decade ago just so they could say they have a Vince Gilligan show. He's on Better Call Saul full-time.

I think Norris has almost explicitly said the show idea is dumb and he doesn't wanna be on it.

The gun was probably a good clue.

I would be very happy if Walter White's only appearance on the show is walking through the background of a grocery store Saul happens to be at.

Don't call Marty McFly "chicken!!!!!!"

Hello! Just here to remind you you did this, and guess what? You got every single one correct.

That's actually significantly better than just a reunion special.

Hey, did you guys hear about this "Too Many Cooks" thing?!?!

Hey! That's not nice!

NOW NO ONE GETS POPCORN

I don't watch this show, I just wanted to ask this question to some people who ostensibly are: what are the chances they're pulling a fakeout, and in this version Oswald Cobblepot actually becomes the Joker? Did they already deny that becoming a thing? That might actually be kinda interesting. I've heard that

I feel like the Lorne episode will only happen when the show is ending.

Nobody can ever play the role of Popeye again after Phoenix so masterfully portrayed his origin story.

Maybe he should've taken Dr. Strange after all, then.

Lotta stuff about uncles going on here.

The thing that makes Whiplash an incredible movie is that Fletcher isn't wrong. It's impossible to approve of his methods, but you can't argue with the results.

As soon as he said "I'm tired," I knew he was about to go. And then Boyd tells him about the rabbits.

It also sounds like HBO was purchased by Disney, leading to Once Upon A Time-style crossovers.
