I was not a fan of the gratuitous ass shot in the first 5 seconds, but for the most part enjoyed the episode. I think it's interesting how they kind of address the (super annoying) trope of a couple having to hide things from each other via Simmons's need to take a daily lie detector test.

Re: The casual exploration of Yara's sexuality. I thought that the fact the reveal happened in the brothel really did the whole thing a disservice. I'm surprised at the criticism of the Tyrion scene. I was laughing my ass off at his awkwardness.

Chronologically I guess the age of Ned made sense, but I was really taken aback by how young he and the rest of the fighters (mostly Dayne) were.

I definitely think we'll be seeing Theon and the Boltons soon. Winterfell, as depicted in the show's opening, was not a smoking ruin for the first time in several seasons. I think that means we'll be seeing our favorite flayers in their new home town.

My work uses a destination elevator, no up or down buttons required. Is my company secretly fighting the oppression of the Illuminati overlords?

I entirely agree with the author's point about enjoying Joffrey's death. I think the show did a wonderful job of forcing the audience to see that this is a (relatively) young boy dying and that it's nothing to be joyful about, even if he was a horrible monster.
