I don't remember which episode(s) from season 2, but we do get bits and pieces from the investigation. I remember John looking at photos of Danny's scorched body as well. Not only did John murder his own brother, but he manipulated the investigation as well.

John's face when Diana confronts him was superbly acted by Chandler. I loved how she emphasized the word "could" in "what you've done COULD destroy us". She didn't has "has", or "will"….but "could".
