We live in a proud America, where most people will not only fail to understand this joke, but fail to find it funny even if they did. And that makes me want to be Homer and live in the bliss of ignorance.

The Order of the Knights of Saint Caucasian - membership requirements?

I agree. I think I've finally gotten to the point where I'm ready to write off my investment in this show as a loss and move on.

I agree. I feel like so many people, reviewer included, don't allow themselves the ability to sit back and actually enjoy what's being presented, because they're too busy trying to pick out all of the flaws.

Well said. I think a lot of people complaining about the bafoonery of the staff fail to keep in mind that the place had been running like clockwork for over 3 decades. People often let complacency run wild in far less time than that.

This is going to sound a little mean (maybe a bit Michael Che-ish), but from watching him on SNL, which is the only other comedy I'd previously seen him perform, I didn't think Michael Che was very funny at all.

Well, in fairness to the Dominators, they did hold their side of the previous agreement until Barry broke it (unwittingly) by creating Flashpoint, so the case could be made that they would keep their word.

3 Dollars?

Great episode, and great review. For the first time, I truly felt sorry for Barry. I normally feel no sympathy for him given the often foolish mistakes he makes. Everyone was dumping on him for Flashpoint and all the havoc and changes that caused, and I felt he deserved it (although I was tired of Sisqo being so

I can't believe you actually watched this show. And you watched every episode? Glutton for punishment.

I think South Park was much better before it was serialized, mainly because you got far more laughs in individual episodes, and because the stories were better written. If they stay with this serialized format, I think they need to change their working format.
Writing an episode over the course of a week seemed to

I was thinking the same thing… she has to be around the same age of at least some of the people playing the kids. I guess the grey streaks in the wig were supposed to add a few decades.

don't worry, that just takes some work of Congress to pass some new laws. Give it some time.

I agree 100%. One thing that has freaked out a good portion of this country is the speed of change. I'm socially liberal, but just as you said, there was no mainstream talk about 30+ gender identities as a part of national discourse 10 years ago. I think some forget that this is a lot to take in for some folks.

Totally agree. And they gave her lots of backshot screentime. Great job!

The Adventures of Carl and Jesus. Spin off?

The analysis from AV Club is far more in-depth and pensive than the show itself.

I grew up in the Georgia, and I do remember seeing fruit salads that always had mayo in them. Personally, I hated the stuff, but it seemed to be the way to go.

The Drunk man's colon cleanse of choice. :)

Mmmmm Mmmm - Vienna sausages. Straight outta the can with that congealed meat juice dripping. Mush them with some saltines. I think they're less qualified to be meat than spam, and I have no idea what they are made of, but I consume them anyway.
