Who knows, and not to sound negative but frankly I don't even care to find out. Her scene is so superfluous, and introducing her at this stage in the game is pointless.

I hate to say this (particularly because I'm a hardcore David Lynch fan) but I can't decide at this stage whether I'm finding the show less and less intriguing as it develops, or whether it's just a case of the material screaming out for a further season to develop what's already been overstuffed into the current one.

Wally Brando is a charlatan in disguise, and (dare I say it), arguably represents the one occasion where Lynch has fallen flat on his face with an almighty splat. The only thing Wozzer would manage to clear is the snot from his nose!
