I can't believe nobody's mentioned the scene in Luke's bedroom where Gloria shakes her boobs - and Claire almost breaks the 4th wall (or at least looks towards the camera, but not directly AT the camera as they sometimes do). It seems like maybe it (the shaking) was unscripted.
