Still struggling to like this show. Parody level wardrobes and scenery chewing at every turn. However David Proval was a welcome addition and Lester's expanding story line is promising.

As you said, the music was excellent. The Mats was a welcome surprise but the two GC tunes were a great choice.

I love Scorsese, grew up with Jagger as a principal contributor my life's soundtrack, was a big fan of punk as it broke, but this series is pretty hard to stomach. Nothing feels real or organic in any way.

I'll give it a few more episodes. Right now, it seems that there is an awful lot of impressive acting talent being put to little use, and normally, to watch actors of this caliber in action is pretty compelling.
