This episode, I really liked. I don't know why, but all the pieces fell into place.
Frankie's storyline felt a LOT like how my fiancé feels about neighbors when she moved in with me. Every single aspect of that fit her to a tee with the annoying kids. However, the annoying Frankie just annoyed me. Jesus, I realize

Ooohhh yeeaaaaah… Well, then again in their flashbacks, there's Honey & Marvin… so guess it really has to be taken with a grain of salt.

He's going to eclipse Eddie next season, despite him being the 'younger brother'. Cast switch?

This takes place in around 1996. SF II came out in 1991.
I'm not quite following.

My God, this episode had me rolling every which way. From Jared's multiple vomiting including the projectile vomit to Nate's diarrhea "emergency" at the end ("Don't look at me", as he sticks his head through the hole of the photo-op), to Vanessa's little gang of dudes & her offering Nate a blow-job, then hand-job when

You know nothing MrTusks.

Thanks for that. Both a good & bad thing. Good, because he seems like a cool collective character in the BCS universe. Bad because I'm waiting for some character to get the axe, even though BCS doesn't really work like that… Mike is on the edge of his itchy trigger finger.

Ahh… you responded before I had a chance to hit reply… but yea, exact same thing you commented on. I thought at first he was supposed to be, and wondering why they blurred it, but it was his wife that was aggressively ripping off his shorts.

"How many times were we able to see Jones's red speedo when he was supposedly naked?"
- If you're referring to the hot tub scene, he wasn't supposed to be naked. His shorts were ripped off by his wife, and he just had some parts of it left (like the band).

That's actually a good way to sum it up. Kudos.

Well, just when you thought you could give Chuck a little sympathy, it catches you hook, line, & sinker that he's an asshole. Then when the whole electrical sensitivity gets cranked up again where he's vulnerable, they throw you another line to catch you again and make you hate him even more the next time they show

They seem to set it up as Chuck is the antagonist you love to hate. I like him, but I hate him at the same time. Jimmy is definitely likable. He seemed to be the favorite of the family, and Chuck resents him for it. Hell, Chuck denied that his mom said anything before she passed, let alone Jimmy's name. Is Chuck

Same here. It was hilarious. There is another site out there that still does the reviews. Den of Geek if I recall correctly. I wish AV Club would go back and review it again, because even without Barker, it's still funny.

I'm loving this show. I hate reading IMDB comments because it's usually negative criticism. Bob's Burgers here gets the love it deserves, but there, it's a sespool. One step above YouTube comments is being very kind.

Booze Shoes.

I almost lost it when Tina grabbed a handful of her spaghetti and took it instead of the plate. I completely lost it when she flailed her arms (with spaghetti still in it), and a piece of it flung out towards Bob. Not to mention her stained pillowcase & sheets.

It's odd… we asked you this same question last year, and you were waiting for Sean's voice to break and said this year was going to be the Bar Mitzvah episode… I think you mentioned something about having a really awesome plot that mimicked a lot of what you went through IRL at 13.

Here's a little quandary I would hope someone can answer. How come the Jew-ism of The Goldbergs is so toned down, it's virtually non-existent except on the holiday episode?

Don't make the nerd in me come out, Adam! Galaga would be a tie between maybe 24 other arcade classics.

Wait what? What are you talking about? I memorized that from the quick few seconds it was showing **shifty eyes**
