We don't have bums in our town, Marge, and if we did they wouldn't rush, they'd be allowed to go at their own pace.

At its peak, at the absolute prime of The Simpsons, we were given a shit that allowed the world to have shows like Scrubs, The Office, Parks and Recreation, 30 Rock, Community, among others. A show so dense, that there are still jokes I haven't discovered yet. The absolute prime of the show is that group of seasons

I still can't decide what the worst rehash on The Simpsons was. But, I'd say the time when they brought back Lisa's teacher counts.

I think this basically confirms that the Simpsons will make it to season 50 by way of using old clips spliced into new sentences.

Harry Shearer has hated The Simpsons since season 4. I assume the death of a previous voice actor made him realize he doesn't want to keep doing this until he dies. He can phone it in for over two decades, but there's a point where it isn't worth it.

It's like real life Marvel Civil War. But, both sides are Tony Stark.

Even with Big Bang Theory propping up the show, Matthew Perry still ended up with a low rent show that didn't deserve a renewal. On the totem pole, I'd put it right below unaired episodes of The Millers. Even that Friends With Better Lives show did better, or at least deserved an evaluation of a season two.

I can't wait for the day when we revise all literature and stories to give it a more male perspective.

Night Shift is doing awful. Sony just packaged it with a bunch of other shows to get it renewed. It's doing as bad as the worst performing shows ever did. The Blacklist is at Community levels now. Chicago Fire is their strongest show. They're number one because of The Voice (not for much longer with the way it's

Community season 4 got better ratings than The Bible Continues.

With this renewal, this proves one interesting thing. At NBC, Debra Messing is a bigger star than Jesus.

She'll have to learn fast. NBC only gave it 13 episodes, to prove to everybody that this season wasn't 100% a bomb for them.

Greenblatt's platonic love affair with Debra Messing continues.

You were still more sober than the executive who suggested it.

Community at least holds the honor of having three full seasons, if that counts for anything.

It was a burn off that got renewed, because NBC has no scripted comedy hits. It's extremely likely to get a season 3 because they put the show behind The Voice. It's the luckiest cast on TV.

They're likely trying to figure out what to do with The Odd Couple, since it crashed last night.

No reply from CBS, but two sources tell me CSI: will end its legendary run on CBS next season with a two-hour movie. (1/2)
