Jonathan Banks is a terrific actor, his timing, gravity, voice..surprised I havent seen more of him before.

I'm strugging to play devils' advocate for Chucks' position here (having seen episdoe 5 and the best court drama scene ever!..the timing, the plot curve balls, Chucks expression at very end, the camara work…a brilliant work of art)

they're still using the old mobile phones in BCS at least

I think our business is concluded here

OK, I see where your coming from here. But Chucks' belief about
Slippin' Jimmy not having the moral fibre to handle "the machine gun" of
law is well founded. As for Kims' client. Hamlin and McGill had
already invested some serious time into this case. Business is business.

I did meander - fair point. But I havent seen Chuck do anything morally questionable.

Au contraire! Chuck has a brilliance and passion for law way beyond Jimmy.
Chuck could have made it to the supreme court. Its the differnce between a street fiddler and the first violin for the Berlin Philharmonic. Thats why Jimmy looks up (and Kim/Howard) to Chuck as they do.
Chuck knows his brother and genuinely

Slipping Jimmy will find a way. The moral ethics of this story story is so delicious. Chuck has (as always) the moral high ground, is with the law, and is the righteous one. I almost feel guilty rooting for Jimmy

An obvious angle is to me, is that Kim and Jimmy will demonstarte that Chuck had engineered / manipulated Jimmys' break-in, by having made back up copies. But I'm wondering WHO is in the address book linked with Chuck

I confirm this, when I used to drink alcohol and attempted to drive 3 times over the limit, and was arrested. I held my hands up and aknowledged the potential danger of my actions and showed utmost contrition. I received a lower penalty than a nun who had been brought before another court for same offence.(although
