Cary's trial will be the long arc of the season, but they really did a smart thing by getting that set up and then getting it out of the way so other plots can start to cook.

Such a great show. Imagine if CBS had the power to schedule the show for, ah I dunno, a fixed time each week? That would rock. Might help with ratings too.
