what, no Continuum?

I have the impression that the show is going for a Skins-lite approach, with each episode spotlighting a different character; this time was Josie, last episode was Cheryl, the drive-in Jughead, etc.

I'm not too mad at Riverdale for the Grundy storyline.
Not too long time ago, a story of a mid-teenager and his hot not-too-older teacher would have had a very different vibe (it's not secret that the situation has been one of the classic sexual fetishes).
And I appreciate that the show kept the ambiguity on Grundy's

yes, the authors should stop pretending and make Childan and Ed a couple already!

This may be true (and often is) at the beginning of a TV series. But when a show is on for several years and has acquired a reputation of its own, and the actors that are in it as well, things change and -must- change.
In this case, it's clear that 1) Shameless is successful enough for Showtime to renew it year after

Katya had some nice moments but faded into the background for most of the lipsynch.
Not that Alaska did a great lipsynch, but she managed to sell it better.

this was the first underwhelming episode of the season: the idea could have been good but I didn't like any of the commercials, that I found relatively uninspired and generally unfunny
At the end I would have probably put Tatianna (boring), Roxxxy (unfunny) and Detox (unfunny-ugly) in the bottom (Tatiana-Detox if just

I agree with almost everything that has been said in the review… my, how badly PhiPhi played it! Going into passive-aggressive mode is never a good choice for Drag Race and I don't see any reason that could justify PhiPhi's twitter meltdown. Yes, authors edit, but everyhing she did in this episode was uncalled-for,

you mean in the runway? I actually liked the idea of that particular variation of "wig revealed" - of course you can pull it once and that's it but the bald head was fitting the whole look well.

I think that when there is not a clear worst, the agreement really has no point in standing… RuPaul said clearly that they did all a very good job and the critics were minor for everyone.

Diana was really a very bad choice, historically she's a sad personality that met a sad and premature end, it's impossible to drag her up. As I said in my comment, it's a very surprising choice as there are so many female badasses in history that could have fit much better: Cleopatra, Messalina, Lucrezia Borgia…

I think Alyssa's choice of not sticking to the self-imposed script of sending away the worst according to the judges can be justified by the fact that, as Ru says, they were all quite at the same level. It's not like in the previous two episodes where there was a clear worst.

well, I think the idea of "let's show the unfolding of the outbreak apocalypse"

oh ok! I think Sharon will be Alaska's ex-boyfriend forever :P

the entrance look was fine, the performance look was kind of basic (but not worth to be torn in shreads)

what did Sharon say exactly?

Even if I am sad to see Tatianna (whom I didn't know before this All Stars - I started to watch RPDR only at the 4th season) leave, I think it was the right choice at the end, Rolaskatox or not.
The bottom 3 were basically the bottom 2, because Detox had a decent if boring performance at the Snatch game (not so

Yes that could be part of the reason, he also seems in a very insecure place in this moment.
I'm not sure his lips have anything to do with his weight gain though…

I really have still to understand what happened to Trixie during the competition… maybe it is not a thing for her?

I think there's common agreement that season 7 was the weakest in very recent times. I appreciated season 8 instead.
