but it's true that All Stars is a different beast compared to the standard season. Here we know that all the queens (almost all, at least) had a good run in the main series and a good career afterwards. So whoever comes back will be a respected queen and not someone random that didn't make any mark on the series.

I'm sorry but what happened to Adore's (boy version) lips?! Horrifying!!

Terry Dresbach's blog is wonderful in showing a shitload of photos of the details!

the red dress is clearly something, but all of Claire's costumes in Paris are stunning (even if you don't know the whole story, impossible that you don't get struck by the Bar dress when it appears on screen)

especially if read together with the Tom and Lorenzo's analysis of the episodes!

too much season 5… they could have been more balanced, there were enough good candidates in the other seasons too

I completely concur that Fergus' rape should have left unseen, and actually not even narrated. The visual of episode 6 plus a discussion on how to cope with the event would have been more than enough.
Sometimes they should give more credit to the viewers, they are more intelligent than they think (at least for shows

I think visualizing Jamie's rape was essential to the story; visualizing Fergus' and Mary's, however, not at all. Both these events could have been perfectly served with narration (or, in the case of Fergus, the wonderfully chilly visual of the radcoat on last episode - that was more than enough).

I guess the Elena-free reboot didn't go as planned…

Latrice, however, declined quite a lot in the last two-three challenges, I think this is what costed her the top3. At least she got Miss Congeniality (and a deserved huge career afterwards because she was so universally liked).

I don't know if being on the show was part of his decision, but he's definitely the poster boy for the cases when RPDR hurts a career instead.

I don't find Bob lip synch such a season highlight. It was definitely good and funny, but nothing to really remember as Jinkx's or others.

she could have spent hours on that corset, but this doesn't stop it to be ugly.

clearly season 6 and this one are the ones with the strongest top 5 of all (and definitely top 4).
Season 7 top 4 queens definitely got lucky to be in that season.

yes! Derrick got so lucky that she always did ok-ish in the various challenges when there were always at least two other queens that did significantly worse. But her time was definitely ticking.

I don't remember they said she shouldn't win, they just read her for her makeup.
And I agree that we had much much worse contestants at makeup (one in this very episode, Derrick, that got so used to make Britney makeup that forgot all the rest) than Bob.

Kim is a makeup artist in the real sense of the word: she's really a true artist, it goes even beyond makeup, her visuals are to die for.

Very, very good episode, I enjoyed it all even if I don't really understand the explosion of reading especially between Derrick and Naomi (why?! they didnt have much relationship until now) or Bob and his makeup. After seven calm -even too calm sometimes!- weeks, I don't see why now all together.

I'm not a big fan of Bob (I think Michelle is right), but I'm happy that in this episode (contrary to the Empire episode) he was favoured to Thorgy, who pictured a hollow Michael Jackson and had a just ok runway look.
I liked Kim Chi quite a lot, but they showed him only once during the Snatch Game so I don't know how

Now that I've seen the episode, I'm quite disappointed by the result. Cynthia is not top 3 material and may have even been the next to go, but this time it was all Robbie. Her performance on the big challenge was the worst by far, the runway look was ok but incredibly obvious (and yes, that wig was terrible), she's a
