I totally agree with you. I think the scene with Scott and Stiles and the anger was realistic and not o.o.c. People should take the scenes and the characters' current reactions in conjunction with everything that has been happening throughout the whole season. They are all stressed, on edge, unsure of themselves,

When Stiles saw the wrench, he knew that Scott knew that he had had an altercation with Donovan, even if Stiles didn't realize that Scott thought it was the wrench that ended up killing Donovan (which it wasn't of course, it was just used to whack him in the head when he was biting Stiles'
