I didn't catch it until the end. I thought Ernst was just an overly indulgent type who loves to stir up trouble and such. Might have clicked more if, when Devon asked Brigid about the photo of him, there was more of a reaction from Devon maybe. So I liked the twist then at the end.

That was one of the lamer parts of the show, b/c it could be totally obvious foreshadowing Annie will move…She hooks up with a dude who lives/is going back to Memphis who she'll fall for, and her manager wants her to go to Nashville. Cmon, this show is better than that.
