Well, sure, it does look like there's probably some delusion here regarding their current cultural relevance. But considering we've got stuff like Fuller House now, which also has absolutely zero reason to exist, I can't really blame her for thinking this way.

(and even your enjoyment of the actors is dependent on accepting the fact that every character in the show is a well-worn archetype)

Somewhere in the middle? There were some nice-looking moments, but overall I'd say it was just "fine." Nothing embarrassing, but nothing special.

I really enjoyed it for the first couple episodes or so. As the season went on, I was less and less impressed. By the time I finished it, I thought it was a case of "not bad, but definitely overrated." I don't regret having seen it, and I'll probably watch the 2nd season.
