Prior to Raising Hope, the last live-action freshman comedy FOX renewed was indeed The War at Home, which debuted in 2005-06 before being cancelled the next season.

It shouldn't. iZombie was doing 0.5s out of 1.5s and 1.6s last season, which is pretty horrendous, and it showed to have its own audience late in the season. Use it as filler for another slot and put something new after The Flash. Wasting your biggest lead-in on a middling performer that gets no benefit from the slot

Yes, every piece of criticism against a female public figure is sexist. Nice job.

    Has she ever criticized Clinton?

Yeah, to think she's going to U-Turn from the form she's shown thus far is naive.

Yeah, has he even said anything about Standing Rock?

The youngest (har har) show that TV Land airs in syndication is How I Met Your Mother and it's stuck in the middle of the night. The youngest multi-cam they have is George Lopez.

How is Fresh Off the Boat not a sluggish veteran?

I'm not sure you can make that ruling on O'Neals. Its lead-in hasn't improved, as FOTB has come back down to Earth after getting a big lead-in upgrade, and its retention this past week was about what it was doing last season, and it's in a tougher slot (i.e. This Is Us).

I don't know, I think it was the Internet's (obnoxious, misplaced) outrage at NBC re: Parks/Outsourced + NBC's decision to renew/cancel based on critical notice that caused the Outsourced cancellation.

That episode of Friends was really, really bad, so I give her a pass there.

I like the show more than you do (season one was mostly a snooze, but two was a big step up and I didn't hate the Halloween special, though it was very predictable), but I completely agree with this. Carlson Young is giving far and away the best performance and I love that she's made what could've been a caricature

Ah yes, NBC audiences who watch Dick Wolf's 400 interchangeable shows have incredibly discerning taste.

They went down against CBS repeats the other week, so against a new Big Bang and a series premiere? Could get ugly.

Jane's only alive because it's produced by CBS and is well-reviewed.

    "ultra-annoying hipster quirk-fest"

Better With You was a single cam.

I think so, yeah. The blurb mentioned Erik Adams, who covered the first two seasons and who I'm guessing will be covering the final season.

It's very cute and IMO has gotten better with each episode.
