Loved this episode. My midwestern parents went to the Reagan Museum when they came out to LA for a vacation. This was the destination they chose over all others - not the beach, not the museums, not the Hollywood sign…the Reagan Library. So all of the details about it just amused me to no end. I do love that Baskets

Nancy mentions that they adopted her, and chose her over a baby boy, but she doesn't reference anything about them being Russian or any other parts of Prairie's story. She could have been in a foster home with a bunch of other kids and her parents adopted her from that situation.

They make an effort to keep calling back to consistent character traits, but then they blow it by having Jessica (who is notoriously cheap) buy out all of the eggs in the grocery store without giving it a second thought. How much did that cost?

I like the Mindy Project, but I really, really hated this episode. When did Mindy, who is supposed to be a doctor for God's sake, become a dumb girl? She doesn't know what the word "condo" means? She doesn't know how to vote? She doesn't know how to work a fire extinguisher? She's so helpless she's never fixed

The employed-but-unassigned thing is real. They exaggerated it for effect on the show, by having the guy say he'd been there for three years already, but I've seen people go for almost a year in that kind of limbo.
